Warranty Policy

The backbone of WOLVERINE Quality Tactical Gear (cc) is customer service. Accompanying this service is our lifetime guarantee. Together with providing the best fabrics and stitching for the job at hand ensures that you as the wearer are receiving a product which has been proven to work by professionals around the world. This attention to detail provides the wearer with the confidence that they are carrying an industry leading product.

Lifetime Guarantee

All WOLVERINE Quality Tactical Gear's products carry a guarantee for the lifetime of the product against defective workmanship and / or materials. WOLVERINE Quality Tactical Gear will repair or replace any of our products at our discretion. Customer damaged products, due to being caught up in chopper blades, becoming a bullet magnet, or any other such adverse encounter with a solid object, will be repaired at a nominal fee. (Customer responsible for shipping). WOLVERINE Quality Tactical Gear will pay the shipping to and from our facility on any product found to be manufactured improperly.

Warning: Do not machine wash or use chlorine bleach or dry in a tumble dryer ! You will melt and strangely deform or destroy your equipment. Hand wash like your grandmother did in her day. Hang in the shade, if available, and allow to drip dry.

Return Policy

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on extensively worn or customer damaged products. Custom designs are NOT returnable. Products, which are returned, are subject to a 15% (of purchase price) restocking fee. Please call us before returning any product (s) to our facility, for instructions and authorisation.

Ordering Information

At WOLVERINE we offer various bulk order discount bracket. Please call for further information. Due to the excessive administrative limitations we are unable to accept additions to in house orders. Please generate a new order. Law Enforcement, Military units are required to send their orders through upon an official letterhead. Payment options are limited to the following: direct deposit, electronic funds transfer or by bank guaranteed cheque. Payment in full due, upon placement of order. Bulk order payment, 50% on placement of order, 50% upon shipment. Custom designs are to be paid in full upon acceptance of design.

You will notice that some of our products are now available via PayPal. Go for it and buy. 

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and additional freight charges. We can unfortunately can't be held responsible for lost, abandoned or damaged packages that are requested to be delivered via the standard post office. Please contact us if you have an account with a courier.

All clients within the boarders of South Africa ordering products will be automatically have there order delivered via overnight delivery, unless other wise stipulated.

Glove Information

All our Kevlar glove range have been constructed with an outer shell of supple drum dyed cow hide leather, with the inner glove been constructed of Kevlar 29, (2 x 2 ply).

The puncture resistant finger tips are there for further protection against infection as well as providing extra grip to equipment.
